Ryan Roderick serves as both District Chef and the Nutrition and Wellness Coordinator for RSU 14 Schools in Windham and Raymond, Maine.  He is responsible for K-12 recipe and menu development, ensuring compliance with NSLP and SBP requirements, staff trainings, and student enrichment through culinary exploration and nutrition-based activities.

Ryan is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Food & Beverage Management and Hospitality Management.  He is a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Exam Proctor as well as a Chef Trainer for Culinary Nutrition Associates.  Ryan has worked in School Nutrition since 2016.  He most enjoys partnering with local farms to incorporate fresh Maine products into school menus, and working hands-on with students doing cooking activities and introducing them to the tenets of good nutrition.
