Laura Smith is executive director of programs at Chef Ann Foundation (CAF). In this role, she oversees program strategy, implementation, and execution of CAF’s workforce development, grant, and online programs, and project management for operator support programs, including Healthy School Food Pathway, Salad Bars to Schools, Bulk Milk, Healthy Meals Incentives, School Food Institute, The Lunch Box, and SCALE. Laura received her B.A. in psychology from Bates College (Lewiston, ME) and Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health (Ft. Collins, CO). Laura currently lives in Colorado with her husband and their very fuzzy cat. (Denver, CO)
