Laura McMann is senior executive chef for Aramark Student Nutrition. Laura began her career with Aramark Student Nutrition in 2010 as an hourly chef in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and quickly grew into an assistant food service director and then, food service director. Laura spearheaded the openings of multiple new accounts in a district that encompassed four states, all while supporting the catering needs of the business. Following her six years at the Archdiocese, Laura led two of Aramark’s larger school districts in Pennsylvania as executive chef. In her current role as senior executive chef, Laura supports the line of business through culinary research and development, sales and retention tasting events, and operational support in the field. Laura also co-leads Aramark’s Culinary Alliance with and supports the Aramark Culinary Excellence program as the culinary lead for the line of business.  Laura earned her associate degree in culinary arts from The Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. While attending culinary school, Laura completed a two-year internship at The Breakers Resort, a 5 Star, 5 Diamond, Michelin 3 Star destination in Palm Beach. (Sellersville, PA)
