Jeane Pacheco brings more than 25 years of diverse food service experience to her current role as a Food Service Supervisor with the Lodi Unified School District. With a strong foundation in culinary arts and specialized training in baking and pastry, Jeane’s management background spans the hospitality industry—from fast-paced restaurant kitchens and high-volume hotel banquet operations to supermarket food service and bakery departments. This wide-ranging experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of food production, safety, and customer service.

Since joining school nutrition, Jeane has been dedicated to supporting the health and academic success of students through high-quality, balanced meals. She combines her culinary expertise with a deep passion for child wellness, ensuring that every meal served is not only nutritious but also visually appealing and culturally inclusive.
