Founder of the Global Plant-Based School Food Network, former Head of the School Plates program, and public food intervention expert for ProVeg’s regranting programme, she leverages extensive experience to transform public menus, delivering delicious, sustainable meals for people and the planet. Colette is a certified nutrition coach and based in the UK.

ProVeg International works to accelerate the transition to a sustainable global food system by making plant-rich foods and alternative proteins more accessible and appealing. ProVeg creates global impact, with offices in 14 countries across five continents. They run award-winning plant-rich school food programs in Germany, Portugal, and the UK, with new programmes beginning in Brazil, Czechia and Poland.
