Founder of the Global Plant-Based School Food Network, former Head of the School Plates program, and public food intervention expert for ProVeg’s regranting programme, she leverages extensive experience to transform public menus, delivering delicious, sustainable meals for people and the planet. Colette is a certified nutrition coach and based in the UK.
