Cheesy Buds and Tots Oat Bake

Oats, Quaker® Kettle Hearty
Granulated Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Milk, low fat
Liquid Eggs
Tater Tots
Broccoli, buds, fresh
Shredded Cheddar and Jack Cheese Blend
- Using a calibrated scale, measure 48 ounces of Quaker Kettle Hearty® Oats into a large mixing bowl. 
- Add granulated garlic, salt, black pepper, milk, and liquid eggs into the bowl in the quantities specified on the recipe ingredient’s list. Mix until well combined. Reserve for later use. 
- .Prep 2 full 2” steamtable pans with generous amounts of spray release. 
- Divide equal amounts of broccoli and tater tots into 2 steamtable pans. 
- Pour the reserved mixture evenly over the tater tots and broccoli. 
- Top both pans with even amounts of the cheddar jack cheese blend. 
- Bake for 35 – 45 minutes at 350 °F or until the egg is set and the cheese is browned. 
- Let product rest for 5 minutes before cutting each pan into 6x4 squares. - CCP: Heat to 165 °F for 15 seconds CCP: Hold for hot service at 135 °F. - Modifications: Red/green bell peppers, onions, and/or other vegetables or proteins can be added in place of broccoli.
