Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
17 C Regular Breakfast Oatmeal
29 C Vanilla Yogurt
9 3/8 C 2% Milk
5 2/3 C Brown Sugar
8 TB + 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
11 1/4 C Blueberries
Method
- If using frozen berries- thaw overnight in refrigerator and drain excess liquid before use 
- Using a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon and brown sugar. 
- Pour the milk over the oat mixture, combine. Stir in yogurt. 
- Portion 3/4 Cup oat mixture in 12 oz. cup, top with 1/4 cup blueberries. Garnish with brown sugar (optional). 
- Cover and refrigerate overnight for next day service.
