Black Bean Burger with Chili Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
19 # Chili sweet potato waffle fries
6 1/2 Qt Pineapple salsa
100 ea Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers
6 fl oz Oilve oil blend
Method
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray 
- Scoop a #6 scoop of the Chili Sweet potato waffle fries onto the parchment, repeat until all the scoops have been scooped 
- Top each sweet potato scoop with a Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger patty, press down slightly to set it 
- Brush each patty with olive oil 
- Cook the patties at 350F for 20 minutes, until at least 165F in the center and lightly browned 
- Serve with ¼ cup of the pineapple salsa for each burger stack
