Arctic Apple Waldorf Salad

Arctic Granny Apples, 1/2-inch dice

Fresh grapes, red seedless

Celery, diced small

Yogurt, lowfat vanilla

  1. Wash picked grapes. Place apples in a large mixing bowl. Add 4 cups of washed, picked grapes and celery

  2. Add 1 cup yogurt and stir well. The yogurt is just a binder, add more tablespoons if needed.

  3. Serve 1/2 cupe per serving or place on the toppings bar.
